The informant expressed his suspicion against the petitioner as the petitioner was an employee of the informant but it appears from perusal of the impugned order as well as submissions, made on behalf of the petitioner that nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner, who voluntarily, surrendered before the court below. Moreover, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 24-06-2015.
