Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, his name surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused and it appears that except the aforesaid confessional statement, there is nothing against the petitioner. Moreover, charge sheet against the petitioner has already been submitted.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar District Aurangabad in Daudnagar P.S. Case no. 145/2015.
