JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 25-02-2020 Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 645 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act. Allegation as per F.I.R. is of recovery of one country made Katta with loaded one cartridge was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and nothing was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he is in custody since 02.09.2019. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7407 of 2020(2) dt.25-02-2020 2/2 (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna City, in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 645 of 2019.
