The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Turkauliya (Banjariya) P.S. Case No. 26 of 2019 registered under Sections 341, 323 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 23 of the Juvenile Justice Act.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is on Police Bail.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it appears that the matter is well covered by the decision of this Court in the case of Mahendra Prasad Singh Vs. State of Bihar, reported in 2004(3) P.L.J.R., 491.
In view of the above, it is directed that petitioner may surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19000 of 2021(2) dt.25-01-2022 2/2 from today. In case, petitioner surrenders and file an application for bail, the concerned Court will pass an order in the similar manner as has been decided in the case of Mahendra Prasad Singh (Supra).
With the above directions/observations, this application is disposed of.
