ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 11-07-2024 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file an appropriate representation before the Managing Director-BIADA and prays that the Managing Director-BIADA may be directed to consider the representation made by the petitioner.

Having regard to the above made submission, the present writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to make a representation before the Managing Director-BIADA within a period of four weeks from today. On such representation being made, the same shall be considered by the Managing Director-BIADA strictly in accordance with law duly putting all the parties on notice and giving them an opportunity of hearing.
