Mrs.Rina Sinha ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 01-06-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Rampur P.S. case no. 380 of 2019 for the offence under Section 384, 386 of the Indian Penal Code and 10, 11, 13 U.A.P. Act. Allegation against the petitioner is that he was connected with the Gang/Organization involved in collecting levy from construction company.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 17.10.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for more than seven months, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each

Case No. 380 of 2019 with the condition that on release the petitioner will render his service as volunteer for a period of three months in dedicated Covid Hospital.
