The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted under Sections 498-A and 406 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is the husband of the informant. It is alleged that due to non-fulfilment of demand of dowry, the petitioner assaulted the informant and drove her out from the house after snatching all her belongings.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is ready to keep his wife but she does not want to live with the petitioner.

The petitioner is in jail since 23.06.2015.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45257 of 2015 (2) dt.29-09-2015 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Gopalganj in connection with Complaint Case No.75 of 2012.
