JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-11-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with RC No. 1A of 2015 registered under Sections 120B, 420, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code and section 13(2) read with section 13(1)(d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that several similarly situated co-accused persons have already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. Nos. 49549 of 2017, 47268 of 2017, 49588 of 2017, 38547 of 2017 and 39977 of 2017.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49364 of 2017 (4) dt.17-11-2017 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, C.B.I.
