That this writ application is being filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of "Mandamus" commanding and directing thhe Respondents authorities to construct the necessary link road, (length of 300 Meters), which is public road, from side of Manoj Kirana Shop to house of Amar kant Pandey, and accordingly disposal the application dated 18.02.2017, which is pending before the Collector, Buxar, (Respondents No. 2) with regard to the construction of the said road, which is nearby NH-84."
