JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 07-04-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State through virtual court proceeding. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 208 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner was refused bail by order dated 06.07.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No.13904 of 2020 with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.

Annexure-3 revealed that now charge has been framed.

Learned counsel for the informant submits that the family member of the petitioner has threatened the informant to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18744 of 2021(3) dt.07-04-2021 2/2 compromise the case.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) only with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 208 of 2019.
