2. The petitioner has moved the Court for the following reliefs:

"1-That this application is being filed for issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding the Respondents for proper investigation of the criminal cases bearing (i) Dhangai P.S case No. 13/2022 u/s 8,15,18 (c), 25 NDPS Act dated 12-2-2022 (ii) Barachatti Case P.S No. 122/2022 u/s 8 (b),18,29 NDPS Act dated 15-2-2022, (iii) Dhangai P.S Case No. 14/2022

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.501 of 2023(3) dt.07-05-2024 2/2 u/s 8 (b),18,29 NDPS Act dated18-2-2022 (iv) Barachatti P.S case No. 137/2022 u/s 8(b), 18,29 NDPS Act dated18-2-2022 and (v) Dhangai P.S Case No. 17/2022 u/s 8 (b), 18,29 NDPS Act dated 20-2- 2022 all registered on the basis of the written report of the same and one informant against petitioner and his sons through the & others criminal Investigation Department for the ends of justice and to unearthed the truth and bring to book the real culprit before the court of law."

3. The petitioner will approach the Senior Superintendent of Police, Gaya for redressal of his grievances and if such an application is filed, the Senior Superintendent of Police, Gaya will look into the matter himself.

4. This application is disposed of with the aforesaid direction.
