ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 02-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody since 29.11.2013. Prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court on 16.12.2014 with direction to the Director, Forensic Science Laboratory to submit viscera report henceforth. In this case the aforesaid viscera report has since been received which shows presence of "Celphos" which is highly poisonous substance.

A report regarding stage of the trial which was also called for has since been received from which it appears that the case has already been committed to the court of session. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46602 of 2015 (3) dt.02-12-2015 2/2 prayer for bail of the petitioner is again rejected. However, trial court is directed to conclude expeditiously and dispose of within a period of one year from today.
