Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304-B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner happens to be father in law of the victim and is languishing in jail custody since 16.11.2019. No specific allegation of assault as well as demand of dowry has been levelled against the petitioner. Moreover, having similar allegation, some co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail by different Benches of this court.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as
