This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for quashing the order dated 11.01.2024 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, POCSO, Rohtas at Sasaram in POCSO Case No. 02 of 2019 arising out of Nasriganj P.S. Case No. 02 of 2019.

From the materials available on record, offences are made out against the petitioner who is alleged to have kidnapped a minor girl.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
