2. Petitioner is accused in a case under Section 379 of the Penal Code registered in connection with theft of a motorcycle. The motorcycle was recovered from Raghunathpur Patrol Pump. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is resident of village Kishun Bari within Siswan Police Station and has no connection with village Raghunathpur. He is in jail custody for more than six months.

3. In the circumstances, petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- (Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Siwan in connection with Raghunathpur P.S.
