The short prayer of the petitioner is for directing the respondent-authorities to pay the admitted amount of outstanding dues for the work done by the petitioner herein.

In view of the limited prayer of the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a claim before the respondent no. 4 within a period of four weeks from today and if such claim is filed, the respondent no. 4 is directed to dispose of the same within a period of eight weeks thereafter.
