In a Public Interest Litigation we are not inclined to interfere into the matter.

We have been informed that the Writ Petitions are pending consideration at the instance of the aggrieved persons

Patna High Court CWJC No.2880 of 2018 (2) dt.15-02-2018 2/2 before the learned Single Judges of this Court. Considering the aforesaid, we see no reason to interfere in parallel jurisdiction in a Public Interest Litigation and go into the issues in question.

The petition stands dismissed.
