JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 15-02-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Chandra Bhushan Prasad, the learned A.P.P. for the State. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this is the second attempt of the petitioner to seek bail as her bail application was earlier rejected vide order dated 18.04.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 51712 of 2021. It is further submitted that while rejecting the bail application of the petitioner it was observed in the order dated 18.04.2022 that the Court, for the present, is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that charges were framed on 11.02.2022 and till date only one witness has been examined and there is no likelihood of completion of trial in near future, it is also submitted that petitioner is a woman and has remained in custody for nearly

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner is a woman and also taking into account the period of custody of the petitioner, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Session Trial No. 204 of 2021 arising out of Brahmpur P.S.
