JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-03-2015 The petitioner is in custody since 04.08.2014 in relation to Dehri (Dalmia Nagar) P.S. Case No.145 of 2014 instituted under Section-457/380 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner draws attention of this Court to the fact that all the other co-accused persons, namely, Pintu Ram alias Penter, Sethi Ram and Umesh Choudhary against whom allegations are similar, have already been released on bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. Nos.32082 of 2014, 31937 of 2014 and 36513 of 2014 all vide order dated 22.09.2014.

Be that as it may, the petitioner, namely, Mohan

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44296 of 2014 (02) dt.04-03-2015 2/2 Rawani, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dehri at Rohtas in connection with Dehri (Dalmia Nagar) P.S. Case No.145 of 2014.
