Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that various prayers have been made in the writ application but he is confining his prayer only for seeking a direction upon the respondent No. 2 to dispose of his representation which is pending before him since 2015 as contained in Annexure-9 to the writ application. Learned senior counsel appearing for the Board does not object to the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner but only with a caveat that the said direction can be

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No. 2 to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 26.08.2015 (Annexure-9 to the writ application) within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of the copy of this order if not disposed of earlier.
