The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chanan P.S. Case No.33 of 2013 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 307, 427 and 180 of the Indian Penal Code besides Section 27 of the Arms Act and Sections 3/4 of the Explosive Substance Act, Sections 150, 151 and 152 of the Railway Act as also under Sections 16, 18(b) and 20 U.A.P. Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation, one Birendra Koda alias Ravindra Koda alias Birendra alias Kiskoo was apprehended by the police, who

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49487 of 2015 (2) dt.04-02-2016 2/2 disclosed the name of the petitioner as a person of his organization and her involvement in this case. Thereafter, police got recorded the confessional statement of the petitioner showing her involvement in the present case. Except that, there is nothing to connect the petitioner in the commission of the alleged offence. It is further submitted that the petitioner having no criminal antecedent is in custody since 04.07.2015.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri S.C. Sharma, Railway Judicial Magistrate, Kiul (Lakhisarai), in connection with Chanan P.S. Case No.33 of 2013. Out of the two sureties, one must be close relative of the petitioner, who will file an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he/she is related with the petitioner. The bailors will undertake to furnish information to the court about any change in the address of the petitioner. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) P.S./- U T
