JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 09-03-2018 The learned counsel for the respondent no.2 points out that according to the agreement dated 25.11.2014 there is a provision of appeal under Clause-X(g) of the said agreement for preferring an appeal before the Executive Director, State Health Society, Bihar, Patna against the impugned order of removal. In view of the aforesaid, the learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner shall be filing an appeal before the said Executive Director within a period of two weeks from today.

Patna High Court CWJC No.2458 of 2018 (2) dt.09-03-2018 2/2 It is thus directed that in case the petitioner files an appeal before the Executive Director, State Health Society, Bihar, Patna, then the said State authority shall dispose of the same within a period of six weeks after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner by a reasoned and speaking order. The writ petition is disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
