====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI and HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. NILU AGRAWAL ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI) 12-01-2018 Heard counsel for the appellant. Perused the impugned order dated 27.06.2016.

In absence of any legal right having been established by the petitioner, the learned single Judge has rightly opined that the larger interest of the Nation and the society is more paramount in construction of a railway line linking Hajipur with Sugauli than merely sentiments of the individuals. Appeal has no merit. It is dismissed.
