2. The petitioner is in custody since 10.05.2014 in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No.112 of 2014 for the offences alleged under Section 302/120-B of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated on account of previous dispute with the informant. There is also no motive for the offence alleged to have been committed by the petitioner. The deceased had merely lost his sense of balance and fell off the tempo in front of the truck causing his death.
4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant bail
