The petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Alouli P.S. Case No. 39 of 2018 for offences under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 324, 307, 427, 380, 504 IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. There is case and counter case between the parties. In the instant case police after investigation submitted final form in favour of the petitioners however, the court below differing with the final form took cognizance.

No.8191 of 2020(2) dt.03-03-2020 2/2 Considering the fact that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and the police after investigation submitted final form, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the CJM, Khagaria in connection with Alouli P.S. Case No. 39 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P. C.
