JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 07-11-2022 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs :- "(a) For grant of an appropriate writ for quashing letter No. 2259 dated 23.05.2017 of the Revenue Officer, Bihar State Housing Board, Patna directing the petitioner to deposit Rs. 33,03,267.19, the purported balance amount due by way of Principal and interest thereon till June, 2017 against Flat No. MH/48 to be transferred to the petitioner (Annexure10). (b) For direction to the respondents not to charge any interest on the price of Middle Income Group House

Patna High Court CWJC No.2214 of 2018(5) dt.07-11-2022 2/2 fixed as Rs. 1,53,440?- on 16.09.1991 till handing over the same to the petitioner and not to enhance the price of the house arbitrarily.

(c) For a direction to the Respondents to hand over middle Income group House No. M-48 to the petitioner after receiving reasonable cost for the same under hire purchase agreement."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Pricing Committee constituted by the Bihar State Housing Board, Patna. Liberty so sought is granted.

It is needless to state that in case appropriate application is filed by the petitioner before the concerned Pricing Committee of the respondent Bihar State Housing Board, Patna, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law and appropriate orders shall be passed thereon, within a period of 8 weeks, thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
