2. The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 20.11.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.39210 of 2019.

It is submitted that the petitioner has duly complied with the various conditions for grant of provisional bail stipulated in the order dated 20.11.2019 and in particular, he has also effected registration of the subject flat in favour of the complainant by a sale deed dated 24.12.2019 (Annexure-2)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8159 of 2020(2) dt.02-07-2020 2/2 within the stipulated time. However, owing to misinterpretation of the said order, he had calculated the period for surrender as four weeks from the date of registration of the sale deed in favour of the complainant, by which time, however, the period of four weeks had already expired.

4. For the reasons stated in the petition, the time for surrender of the petitioner and furnishing bail bonds granted in terms of the order dated 20.11.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.39210 of 2019 is extended by four weeks from today.
