Case No.475 of 2019, registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code, but charge sheet has been submitted under Section 395 of I.P.C.

The prosecution case is that the snatching of cash Rs. 85112/-, mobiles and motorcycle of the informant by some miscreants. The name of petitioners is not mentioned in the FIR but during the course of investigation their names transpire. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is nothing except confessional statement of the coaccused. Neither anything has been recovered from the possession of the petitioners nor they have put on TIP. Petitioners are in custody since 21.10.2019 and charge sheet has

Ist Bagaha, District-west Champaran in connection with Bagaha P.S. Case No.475 of 2019.
