The petitioner has moved before this Court for the following reliefs :- (i) For issuance of an order or orders, direction/directions, writ, including writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to pay the dues amount of Rs. 24, 16,050/- (Twenty four lakh sixteen thousand & fifty) to the firm of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.2616 of 2022(2) dt.29-03-2022 2/2 petitioner, who has been given sub-contract by the Contractor L&T Construction, Power Transmission & Distribution, Company, who has been assigned by the N.B.P.D.C.L., Bihar, Patna to construct and other works for construction of new 33/11KV substation at Maudah Chatur (Ganga Das Chowk) at Patepur Block of Vaishali District.

(ii) For any other relief or reliefs to which the petitioner may be found entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case."

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn.
