1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order impugned inadvertently records that petitioner is in custody since 30.04.2025 when he is in custody since 13.05.2025, but then it is submitted that inadvertently in the regular bail application at Para-4 it has been pleaded that petitioner is in custody since 30.04.2025.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8205 of 2026(2) dt.24-02-2026 2/3 to rectify the date of custody during course of the day.
5. Permission is accorded.
6. It is next submitted that petitioner had earlier moved before this Court seeking regular bail by filing Criminal Miscellaneous No. 49117 of 2025 and the same was permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.
7. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that charges against the petitioner have been framed by an order dated 22.12.2025, as would manifest from Annexure P/5 at Page-53.
8. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the regular bail application of the petitioner.
9. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and taking into consideration the fact that charges against the petitioner have been framed, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Phulwarisharif P.S. Case No. 633 of 2022.

10. It is made clear that if the learned Trial Court comes to a conclusion that petitioner after his release is trying to delay the trial in any manner, the learned Trial Court shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner.
11. Accordingly, the instant bail application is allowed.
