In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Katihar (Town) P.S. Case No. 539 of 2012 for offence under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Explosive Substance Act.

Due to bomb explosion, an injury was caused to the victim. Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn attention of this Court towards Annexure-2 of this application to show that the victim has received certain injuries because of the forceful impact of the sharp and small object. The injury is simple in nature. The petitioner is in judicial custody since 25.3.2015. Looking into the period of custody, let the petitioner,
