The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bihra P.S. Case No. 02 of 2020 (Special Excise) Case No. 11 of 2020 for the offences under Sections 37(C) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that he consumed liquor and created 'Hangama'. Petitioner is in custody since 06.01.2020. Considering the aforesaid, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
