2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with K. Hat (Maranga) P.S. Case No. 618 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8(c)/21(b)of the NDPS Act.

3. The recovery is of 10.7 grams of smacks from the co-accused Suraj Sadan. The recovery is of intermittent quantity

4. The petitioner is in custody since 05.12.2023.

5. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, NDPS Act, Purnea in connection with K. Hat (Maranga) P.S. Case No. 618 of 2023.

6. The petitioner is directed to mark his attendance in
