JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 03-03-2015 Heard both sides. The petitioner seeks bail in Matihani P.S. Case No. 67 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 387 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that the petitioner who happens to be the co-villager had demanded extortion. Learned Counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case on account of some enmity. The mobile no. does not belong to the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 23.07.2014.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner is in jail for more than seven months, he is

Ist Class, Begusarai in connection with G.R. No. 2584 of 2014 arising out of Matihani P.S. Case no. 67 of 2014.
