Petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Bihpur (Jhandapur) P.S. Case No. 426 of 2017 for the offence under sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 342, 504 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case as appears from the FIR is that two persons died in the road accident. After the information gathered by the family members and some villagers about the death of the two persons in the road accident, the villagers reached the place of occurrence and they have caused nuisance and created obstacle in the movement of the vehicles. The allegation against

Considering the totality of facts situation and the fact that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent, let the petitioners, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Naugachiya, Bhagalpur, in connection with Bihpur (Jhandapur) P.S. Case No. 426 of 2017 subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
