2. Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has

Patna High Court CWJC No.2811 of 2023(12) dt.01-11-2025 2/2 already ventilated his grievance by way of a representation dated 19.04.2022 (Annexure- 3) before the Respondent No. 4 (Director, Primary Education, Education Department, Govt. of Bihar, Patna), the present writ petition is disposed of directing the Respondent No. 4 to consider the representation made by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. Any order passed shall be communicated to the party. In case the representation dated 19.04.2022 is not available in the office of the Respondent No. 4, he shall intimate the same to the petitioner and the petitioner shall file a fresh representation and the same shall be considered by the authority and necessary orders passed. If the authority comes to the conclusion that the grievance of the petitioner is genuine and the claim is allowed, the authority shall pay the necessary amounts to the petitioner.

3. With the above directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
