2. Petitioner is accused in a case registered for the offences under Section 307 and other allied Sections of the Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act. He is said to have given firearm injury on the person of the informant, who was even referred to and admitted in P.M.C.H. for treatment. Petitioner having remained in jail custody for hardly four months, at this stage, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Application is rejected, however, with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer after completing one year in jail custody.
