The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Complaint Case no.3402 of 2017 registered for offences punishable under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the D.P.Act..

Allegation against the petitioners, who happen to be inlaws of O.P.no.2 was of subjecting her torture and harassment with respect to demand .

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the whole allegation is false and concocted and the

Heard learned A.P.P. and the learned counsel for the o.P.no.2 .they have opposed the prayer for bail . Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of order be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Gaya in connection with Complaint Case No.1840/17 Tr. No.3402 of 2017, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, with further condition that they will cooperate in the trial and shall appear as and when required, otherwise their bail bond shall be cancelled.
