The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 828 of 2018 arising out of Sonepur P.S. Case No. 849 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 147, 148,149, 341, 323, 324, 302 of the Indian Penal Code. Earlier the prayer for bail of this petitioner had been rejected by this Court vide order dated 12.09.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 33320 of 2019.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is rotting in judicial custody since 26.09.2018 which is more than two and half years and on the ground of custody itself, the

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing his personal bond to the satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-VIII, Saran arising out of Sonepur P.S. Case No. 849 of 2018.
