The petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No. 126/2003 registered under Sections 341/342/323/ 365/147/148/149/109/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Gopalganj.

It appears that the case is of the year 2003 and according to learned Additional Public Prosecutor petitioner has been declared absconder.

In this view of the matter alone, this court is of the considered opinion that the anticipatory bail application cannot be entertained.
