JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 09-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. In this case, petitioner is seeking bail in Bhagwanpur P.S.Case No. 73 of 2015 registered u/s 304(B)/201 IPC. In this case, petitioner is Dewar of the victim lady. Allegation has been made that the family members have killed the victim and made her body traceless. Counsel for the petitioner submits that no specific overt act has been alleged against the petitioner.

Looking to the relation, petitioner Raja Kumar is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S.Case No.
