The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Asaon P. S. Case No. 72 of 2018 dated 01.07.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 354 (B), 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners and others are said to have assaulted the informant and other inmates of his house. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the allegation against them are general and omnibus in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10220 of 2019(2) dt.20-02-2019 2/2 nature. The specific act of assault, leading to notable injury on Dorga Rajbhar, has been attributed to Birendra Rajbhar, a co-accused, who is not one of the petitioners in the present petition. There is a counter version of the occurrence and some of the persons from the side of the petitioners also have received grievous injuries.

Considering the afore-stated facts and clean antecedents of the petitioners, they are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Asaon P. S. Case No. 72 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
