JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 02-03-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 567 of 2019 for offences under Sections 147, 341, 323, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The allegation against the petitioner is that he has assaulted the grand-mother of the informant with iron rod. The allegation of assault by iron rod is not only against the petitioner but also against other persons. No grievous injury was sustained by the grandmother of the informant.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal

Let petitioner, above-named, in the event of arrest or surrender within one month from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 567 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. Both bailors of the petitioner shall be Government teachers. (Anil Kumar Upadhyay, J) BT/- U T
