JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 02-09-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State through virtual Court proceedings. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that she secured appointment as panchayat shikshak on forged and fabricated marksheet of intermediate.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is woman having clean antecedent, it is further submitted that petitioner initially was appointed as panchayat shikshak based on her matriculation certificate as pleaded in paragraph '9' of the anticipatory bail application. Learned counsel further submits that petitioner is a lady and has two

No.8630 of 2022(2) dt.02-09-2022 2/2 daughters and a son to look after and her husband has also died and in view of the provisions of the Cr.P.C., special consideration be given to the petitioner being a woman. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Itarhi P.S. Case No. 06 of 2022 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
