ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 16-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody since 7.8.2014 in connection with Ghanshyampur P.S. Case No.41/14 for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 447, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 302 of the I.P.C.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the allegation against him is general and omnibus in nature and no specific role has been assigned though specific allegation of garansa blow is attributed to one Abinash Kumar Singh and not this petitioner. Both parties are close relative and there is long standing land dispute between the parties.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, the period of custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46260 of 2014 (3) dt.16-02-2015 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Sudhir Sinha.J.M.,1st Class Biraul at Benipur, Darbhanga, in Ghanshyampur P.S. Case No.41/14.
