On behalf of the petitioner it is submitted that the petitioner wants to file fresh Criminal Miscellaneous, as in para 3 of this Criminal Miscellaneous the facts have not been correctly disclosed and at present, he does not want to press this Criminal Miscellaneous. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous is hereby dismissed, as not pressed, with liberty to file fresh Criminal Miscellaneous after disclosing the criminal antecedent of the petitioner afresh.
