The petitioner seeks bail in Ganga Bridge P.S. Case No. 136 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

50 litres of country made liquor and two aluminium pipes were recovered from the Bhatti of this petitioner. It is submitted that no recovery has been made from conscious possession of this petitioner. The said Bhatti does not belong to this petitioner and he has got no concern with the seized liquor. Petitioner is in custody since 16.11.2021 having no criminal antecedent, as stated in para 3 of the petition. Investigation is complete.

Case No. 136 of 2020.
