The petitioner is in custody in connection with Daudpur P.S. Case No. 195 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 323, 341, 307, 447 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 10.11.2019. He further submits that petitioner has purchased the land through a registered sale deed and after mutation he has started constructing the house on the land. He submits that there was dispute of some payment as such incident took place. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing
