The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Siswan (Chainpur O.P.) P.S. Case No.251 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 448 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. By order dated 01.04.2022, the petitioner was granted provisional anticipatory bail and case diary was called for. Perused the case diary and the injury report. Following injuries are sustained by Arun Sah:

(1) lacerated wound on forehead 2" x 1/2"x skin deep

(2) lacerated wound on left parietal region 11⁄2" x 1/2"

(3) pain and swelling on right lower leg

(4) pain in right shoulder

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that coaccused, Varun Sah, brother of the petitioner, has been granted anticipatory bail by the learned court below. Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid and the fact that Varun Sah has been granted anticipatory bail by the learned court below, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner on 01.04.2022 is hereby confirmed.
