This petition is filed for modification of the order dated 01.07.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 16012/2015. The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail on the undertaking that the petitioners are ready to deposit the entire amount of Rs. 3,28,200/- within two weeks but the petitioners could not deposit the aforesaid amount within the stipulated period of two weeks. It is submitted that the petitioners could not be able to deposit any amount and, therefore, the period of depositing the same may be extended.
I do not find any justifiable reason to extend the period for depositing the amount as the petitioners had undertaken
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47157 of 2015 (2) dt.07-10-2015 2/2 to deposit the same within two weeks of granting anticipatory bail. Accordingly, this modification petition is dismissed. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) Dilip/- U T
